About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Underwriters and Program Management staff with new and renewal business activities.. What Youll Do
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team, responsibilities include:
Assist the underwriting team with rating, revisions, issuance, and new business submissions
Process endorsements and complete other account transactions as required
Build and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external clients
Respond promptly to all inquiries/requests
Adhere to all service standards by completing all duties accurately and in a timely fashion
Complete other underwriting account support tasks with moderate supervision as per company guidelines.
Handle surplus lines tax filings as needed What Were Looking For
Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; current college student or recent college graduate a plus
Exposure to a corporate environment via internship or other work experience preferred
Insurance experience preferred Competencies
