Information Technology

• Work with IT team to maintain efficient operation of all IT equipment (computers, printers, Wi-Fi, etc.).
• Provide training to employees on proper use of IT equipment and software applications.
• Research and develop new technologies that will enhance operations efficiency.

Purchasing

• Administrative purchasing functions for all operations including:

safety supplies, rigging gear and rigging supplies, heavy equipment and parts, repairs to equipment and office supplies

Invoicing

• Administrative support for recording work performed under contracts.
• Maintain database of cargo loaded/unloaded.

Safety

• Act as “Safety Coordinator” for management team.
• Interface directly with customer Safety Team members.
• Provide oversight of EHS system entries and training.
• Attend Safety meetings and document safety activity.
• Respond and assist with any incident.
• OSHA – maintain all OSHA required reporting including updating SDS database.
• Internal customer safety system management. Maintain ISNetworld records.

Equipment

• Track and maintain all equipment and certifications..
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.

General Operations

• Review, update and maintain SOP database.
• Fully cross train on all functions with the Operations Supervisor.
• Work on projects as Directed by the General Manager.

• 1 years of experience in a similar postion
• Some college education Preferred
• Proficient with Excel 
• Experienced in an industrial setting
