Job Description

Great Construction Company is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go temporary to hire

Monday-Friday

7:30am-4:00pm

Pay $25.00-$28.00 based on experience

Onsite

In this position you will be responsible for:

Acting as a liaison for various projects, answer phone calls from clients and customers and respond to customer e-mails

Submitting daily reports/completion emails to customers

Sending schedule changes as requested and working closely with Superintendent to ensure job /projects are running smooth

Updating field technicians schedule on a daily

Reviewing all work orders before scheduling

Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and customers

Ensure documentation is recorded and maintained by the team

Creating work orders

Scheduling inspections with the City or County

Account Receivable, invoicing upon completion of jobs including any conditional lien releases

Timekeeping, ensuring all hours have allocated to the correct job

MS Office proficient
