Join our team in Western WA! We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. This role will successfully and thoroughly process assigned job orders from post-sale to customer installation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Apply for permits and coordinate the entire permitting process from start to finish
• Manually input all window orders
• Create quotes by entering order information into Sales Force and IQ software
• Verify orders for accuracy by comparing issued purchase orders to customer acknowledgements
• Coordinate sales process with customers by specifying products, calculating pricing, processing purchase orders, handling warranty and freight claims, and processing punch items
• Work with internal teams of Design Consultants and Installers by coordinating design specifications as determined by sales and design, coordinating installation and delivery of product between customer and installation team
• Other tasks as assigned by the project manager or customer care manager

Requirements

• Experience the construction or facility management field preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
