As the Operations Coordinator for our Long-Term Care Pharmacy, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our goals are met and our customers receive top-notch care. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, collaborating closely with Pharmacists and Compliance to ensure adherence to all state, federal, accreditation, and insurance regulations, as well as WB policies. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing short and long-term goals in alignment with WB's mission and key business objectives. Leading and nurturing our team, you'll develop employee skills, manage schedules, and foster a culture of high performance and teamwork. Your keen eye for process improvement will be essential as you work with the team to document and refine business processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective plans. Collaborating with Senior Leadership, you'll strategize for business growth, designing future state processes and workflows to meet customer needs and explore opportunities for expansion. Conducting process audits and managing projects from ideation to evaluation, you'll communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
