IT Account Manager establishes and maintains business relationships with internal and external customers. Develops IT projects to meet the business needs of the customers. The Manager, IT Infrastructure is responsible for developing and overseeing the organization’s server hardware and infrastructure systems solutions and supervises the infrastructure staff. They ensure the organization meets all of the server security and systems requirements best practices and standards. Their duties include creating and maintaining policies and procedures, conducting audits, and staying current with server hardware and infrastructure solution trends. Participates in making strategic and tactical decisions regarding the architecture, design, deployment, and support of infrastructure technologies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for designing data contingency plans and data disaster recovery plans.
•Oversee the planning, design and implementation of server hardware and software systems.
•Ensure the maintenance of documentation for support and sustainment of managed solutions.
•Support continuous process improvement, helping to develop and refine processes to positively impact product quality, performance and increase productivity.
•Manage projects and daily tasks as part of the IT Infrastructure Team. This includes:
•Establish system specifications by conferring with organizational peers, analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements.
•Proactively manage and monitor server hardware and systems software to identify performance related issues, and potential issues that could impact availability.
•Remediate security vulnerabilities.
•Upgrade systems, hardware, and software; developing, testing, evaluation, and installing enhancements.
•Continuously updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining test labs.
•Maintain integrity of the servers, software and security.
•Manage vendor relationships.
•Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.
•Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate CB policies and procedures.
•Assist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.
•Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
•Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field preferred.
•10 years’ experience in related field.
•Proven experience successfully leading teams.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manages the infrastructure team providing direction and support to remove barriers and achieve established goals.
•Develop and supervise employees and vendors to accomplish the mission.
•Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, in accordance with Click Bond policies and applicable law.
