What You'll Be Doing as an IT Account Manager:
Managing an assigned list of current IT clients for all account needs.
Drive consistent sales each month by upgrading current client IT hardware/services as needed by utilizing our internal databases.
Build and professionally present 1-5 year budget plans for your clients to help them manage their IT decisions.
Ensure outstanding customer service through collaboration with our technical team to perform well-researched regular client reviews and account management.
What We're Looking for in an IT Account Manager:
1 years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience.
Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to act on your feet while being organized and continuing to learn new technology.
Motivated to meet and exceed goals while performing extensive independent research.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
