    Pay Range: $140,000 to $145,000 Annually (dependent on experience/qualifications). Salary is based on Signal Hill, CA location, and will be adjusted for candidates in other states if required.

    Job Purpose: Under general direction of the Vice President Product the IT Manager is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and implementing IT systems, including network analysis, security and information assurance, IT audits, web and database administration.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Solves IT problems in computer systems, network infrastructure and cloud platforms
    • Responsible for installing and upgrading system components, setting up software for team members, resolving IT and hardware issues
    • Assists in network administration
    • Works with clients and departments to estimate and resolve IT issues
    • Administers data and network security for departments, including system firewalls, antivirus, group policy and email security
    • Coordinates the needs of in-house experts, remote team members, vendors and contractors
    • Responsible for preparing budget estimates used by executives to plan, organize and schedule work
    • Installs, configures, and monitors wireless network systems
    • Responsible for defining a technology strategy for the use of IT systems that reflects the needs of the team members and is consistent with the company's strategy
    • Leads the strategic planning of IT resources and develops, manages, and presents the department's portfolio of projects and initiatives
    • Responsible for recruiting and developing a high-functioning team with skills in current technology
    • Navigates a complex, multi-level, matrix environment
    • Responsible for delivering high-quality applications and services on time and budget
    • Participates in the development of short- and long-term IT roadmap and articulates a vision
    • Pursues continuous process improvement, including the use of standard software development life cycle
    • Provides training to fellow team members about network security and the best computer usage practices
    • Creates, analyses, reports, converts, and transfers data through systems using application software
    • Responsible for managing all IT assets
    • Manages IT vendor relationships, ensuring best pricing, best quality and consistent on time delivery, along with working with other teams to procure hardware
    • Ability to travel as necessary, with the ability to obtain a Passport to travel outside the United States
    • These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned

    Skills & Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years’ experience as an IT Manager
    • Strong knowledge of servers, networks, computers, and peripherals
    • Proven experience in supporting computer-related activities such as website content and management and applications and services development
    • Extensive knowledge of system security and procedures for protecting the company’s data from intrusion or corruption
    • Experience in user-interface design, SEO, and mobile and cloud technologies
    • Proven experience with content management, portal technology, search-engine optimization techniques and mobile application design
    • Strong knowledge of server and cloud technology
    • Proficient in multiple programming languages
    • Experience in hardware staging and implementation
    • Experience in reviewing and negotiating IT vendor contracts
    • Advanced knowledge of hardware and software configuration
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and create work schedules with minimal supervision
    • Excellent troubleshooting, creative and technical problem-solving skills
    • Experience with project-management tools, methods, and techniques
    • Proven experience using the software-development life cycle
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, Software/Platforms; Jira, AWS, HTMIL, CSS; CRM Platforms, NetSuite, or ERP platform
    • Ability to work comfortably in a group/cross-functional setting, have excellent critical thinking skills and have the ability to remain calm in the face of uncertainty and deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
