IT Account Manager establishes and maintains business relationships with internal and external customers. Develops IT projects to meet the business needs of the customers. Being an IT Account Manager ensures that IT initiatives are met in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, IT Account Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. To be an IT Account Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.   • La figura, rispondendo direttamente alla Direzione dovrà occuparsi di:

    • Garantire l’integrità dell’hardware e delle applicazioni software;
    • Garantire la funzionalità dei diversi software dipartimentali presenti, favorendo processi di semplificazione ed integrazione delle diverse piattaforme aziendali;
    • Assicurare la gestione, manutenzione ed implementazione dell’infrastruttura di tutte le aziende del gruppo;
    • Controllare periodicamente la sicurezza del sistema, mettendo in atto tutti gli aggiornamenti necessari e le opportune strategie di Cyber Security;
    • Organizzare audit regolari del sistema, in collaborazione con fornitori esterni specializzati;
    • Promuovere e gestire i principali progetti IT in base alle esigenze aziendali e ai vincoli di budget, compresi gli aggiornamenti e le integrazioni dei diversi sistemi;
    • Valutare le opportunità di miglioramento confrontandosi costantemente con le innovazioni nei prodotti e nei processi IT.

    Requisiti minimi:

    • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o titolo di studio equivalente;
    • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in società di sviluppo prodotti e progetti digitali, aziende di produzione o realtà dinamiche in settori scientifici altamente innovativi;
    • Conoscenza di logiche di programmazione;
    • Conoscenza dei processi gestionali governati da ERP;
    • Competenze sistemistiche;
    • Competenze in ambito Cyber Security;
    • Capacità di gestione dei servizi Cloud;
    • Competenze in ambito Software Engineering (analisi dei processi necessaria per lo sviluppo del software di supporto);
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

    Requisiti preferenziali:

    • Competenze gestionali;
    • Certificazioni professionali (PMP, ITIL, certificazioni specifiche di prodotto, ect);
    • Capacità di problem solving;
    • Buone capacità comunicative interpersonali;
    • Competenze di project management.

    Luogo di lavoro: Jesi (Ancona), costituirà requisito preferenziale il domicilio in zone limitrofe.
