Job Description
We are looking for a Estimator/Project Manager, who more in Estimating side like 70 -80% and 20-30% in Project management. The Estimator/ Project Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.

Requirements

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years’ of experience or 6 years’ of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Commercial Construction or multifamily experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual a plus, conversational Spanish a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Construction estimating: 6 years (Preferred)
• Construction project management: 2 years (Preferred)
