    Manager IT BRM/FRM
    As an IT Functional Relationship Manager, you will work closely with Nestle Purina to ensure seamless delivery of extended product solutions & services for their E2E scope of control. You will understand business requirements and provides receivers with a consistent and effective experience in working with IT teams starting from the creation of (multi-) platform roadmaps to deployments, sustain and up to elimination of functional legacy solutions. You will be accountable for the demand management processes within IT streams and works with the Product/Platform Owners/Managers to simplify Service offerings, and prioritize Market feature requirements. You will acts as principal contact between multiple Business Stakeholders (Function, Market, GMB, CoS, etc.) and IT stakeholders through the products/platforms and services lifecycle.
    Primary Responsibilities
    • Deep understanding of functional Business objectives, processes, governance and challenges. Strong relationships with Business key stakeholders
    • Maintains same level of relationship within IT. Proactively shares the Business requirements/insights with IT, secures the required IT resources and brings the right capabilities/services to the table to ensure value creation for both: the Business and IT
    • Leads regular interactions between both organizations to inform and maintain a continuing good relationship and a shared vision.
    • Makes the link between specific business objectives, activities, initiatives, projects or programs and IT in order to identify, forecast and deliver multi-product group integrated value.
    • Secures value delivery and sustain and helps to involve the Business in finding rapidly durable solutions for pain points in adopting the products
    • Escalates items not getting appropriate attention including NBE approval, projects, and issues
    • Works with product managers to ensure the business capabilities and business requirements are met in terms of integration of technical architecture across one or more product groups based on enterprise business strategy.
    • Steers the integration and adoption of solutions between receiver and product / product group / platform roadmaps. Ensures the integration between mutiple products is driven to generate value for the receiver .
    • Efficiently manage CAPEX/OPEX spent & Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
    • Participates in the IT governance processes that enable prioritization across multiple options
    • Input into the vendor/partners delivery scorecards (global vendors) or manage governance with local market vendors
    • Drive Local and Global Innovation alignment to avoid duplication
    • Provide insight into business disruptions caused by major incidents (P1/P2) but also re-occurring incidents that create business disruptions and unplanned outages.
    • Regular review of sustain performance (Incident, Requests, Changes), identify improvement areas and address them to the Product Owners/Managers.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
    • 7 years experience in IT (e.g. BA, PM, etc.) or relevant work experience.
    • 5 years of understanding in basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • 2 years of understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall)
    • 2 years of understanding of modeling techniques
    • 2 years of working knowledge of Network
    • 2 years of knowledge in Server & Cloud technologies
    • 1 year of knowledge in Cloud Governance Framework incl. FinOps & integration
    • 2 years of good understanding of ERP (SAP) and complimentary applications
