    Responsible for supporting the IT Asset Management function for the technology organization. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the strategic alignment of contracts and licensing with business needs, guiding the complete technology asset lifecycle and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms. This includes supporting and coordinating with the hardware and software inventory process from the vendor selection and onboarding process as well as doing risk-based due diligence for existing vendors. The position will provide support and maintenance for IT assets to ensure a comprehensive inventory and compliance with vendor contracts as well as track and monitor contract renewal dates and timelines providing monthly and/or quarterly reporting for IT Leadership. In additional, role will review current vendor management procedures to explore improvements in process efficiencies and controls.   Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

    Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

    ·     Develop, document, and maintain processes and procedures for tracking IT assets throughout the hardware and software asset management lifecycle.

    ·     Manages the status and maintenance lifecycle of risk assessments, contractual agreements, contract end, and renewals for technology vendors relationships.

    ·     Review and critically analyze contracts including terms & conditions, amendments, statements of work, software license agreements, ensuring adherence to established policies and industry standards.

    ·     Works with Corporate Legal to ensure completion of contract review, contract due diligence and provide assurance of contract language related to technology risk requirements.

    ·     Works with IT and business teams to review potential vendors and may help with Requests for Proposal (RFP) / Requests for Information (RFI). 

    ·     Works with Third Party Risk Management team to ensure completion of technology and information security due diligence tasks.

    ·     Support and maintain the comprehensive inventory of the IT Asset Management software.

    ·     Participating in project meetings as needed to identify and manage any technology procurement needs related to IT initiatives.

    ·     Reviews the IT vendor management process and explores improvements in process efficiencies and controls.

    ·     Participate and contribute to technology project initiatives relating to technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk management.

    ·     Apply general financial industry and regulatory compliance knowledge to the benefit of the company and IT/Security programs.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

    ·     Knowledge and experience with hardware & software management, compliance, and licensing agreements

    ·     Sound knowledge and experience with IT procurement, asset management lifecycles and professional services agreements.

    ·     Familiarity with various contract types including MNDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc.

    ·     Experience with Asset Management solutions is highly desirable.

    ·     Demonstrated ability with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    ·     Demonstrating high level of accuracy, awareness, and a sense of ownership for assigned duties without the need of direct supervision.

    ·     Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    ·     Strong proficiency in critical thinking skills.

    ·     Strong communicator and able to liaise with, and anticipate the needs of, a variety of business stakeholders across the organization

    ·     Strong business acumen with ability to align business goals to IT & Security strategies.

    Industry and Work Experience:

    ·     2 years prior experience with IT asset management, vendor, and contract management

    ·     Experience in a financial services environment will be highly regarded.

    Academic:

    ·     High School Diploma or GED required.

    ·     Bachelor's degree preferred
