Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of rental properties, including residential and commercial units
- Handle tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Assist with property leasing activities, including tenant screenings and lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and lease agreements
- Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient property management
- Utilize customer relationship management (Appfolio) software to track tenant interactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Previous experience in real estate administrative or property management roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks
