JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for personnel to fulfill Asset Management roles in offices across the state. The ideal candidate for this position must maintain a valid driver’s license, lift, and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time, spend a major portion of their time using a computer and work overtime as needed. The candidates should also possess strong analytical skills, be an excellent communicator, have strong time-management skills, be detailed oriented and highly organized.

THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION ARE:

• Manage all hardware requests.
• Manage Distribution Center Stock levels.
• Audit hardware in techs name.
• Asset Reconciliation
• Work with data and asset management.
• Organize stolen\lost\missing devices.
• Audit computer naming.
• Audit ServiceNow Inactive Users (KHRIS).
• Provide daily reports.
• Manage consumables.
• Manage DC disposals.
