Reporting to the CEO, the Healthcare Clinic Administrator will have oversight of all area Physician Clinics and will be responsible for the direction and coordination of Clinic activities including Clinical oversight and non-clinical workflows. The Healthcare Clinic Administrator will understand and ensure the Clinics are compliant with all local and state regulations and Health System policies and procedures.
In addition, the Healthcare Clinic Administrator will collaborate with both local Clinic Leadership and Corporate to establish and accomplish the goals set forth. The Healthcare Clinic Administrator will lead the Clinic Director and Clinic Managers while having oversight of all Clinic Staff.
