Looking for a security professional to work on one of our multi-family residential communities in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a FULL TIME, IN HOUSE position where you work directly for the property owners/management.
Please ONLY apply if you have some experience in the security or law enforcement field.
Duties include monitoring all access points and patrolling common areas including courtyards, pool areas, parking lots, management offices, laundry center, and checking all limited access areas to ensure that the property is safe from any unlawful or inappropriate activity. Monitor the property for suspicious activity which could include unauthorized vehicles, burglarized vehicles/apartments, trespassers, and loitering. Report lighting and maintenance issues and pass out notices or lease violations. You will be working closely with the office and maintenance staff to resolve issues.
Must be able to communicate effectively and document all observations and activities in real-time via an app on your smartphone.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a strong moral aptitude. - Must be able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to pass a background check (NO FELONIES, No class A or B assault Misdemeanors within the last 10 years)
- Must be assertive (Not Aggressive) and comfortable interacting with a diverse group of individuals.
- Must have effective communication skills (verbal and writing).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be a team player, able to work closely with office and maintenance staff - Must be proactive in implementing both city ordinances and community guidelines.

** You would be working directly for the apartment complex; this is not a security position but a rule enforcement position.
Experience in multi-family residential property security preferred but not required.
Previous military, LEO, or private security contractors are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time position for 5 days or nights a week including weekends and some holidays.
All positions are evaluated after a 90 day probationary period. After 90 days, you will start to accumulate paid time off, holiday pay, and be eligible for dental and vision insurance.
