Being an IT Asset Management Administrator ensures compliance with purchasing procedures and standards. Tracks quality throughout product/contract lifetimes. - Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Create lease agreements and contracts with tenants and vendors.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner.

Word/Excel/general PC fluency - must be familiar with Excel

Assist property managers and office staff with various administrative and property management day to day requirements
Handle day-to-day office management and administrative tasks with diligence and accuracy
Assist tenants and vendors by managing queries and requests
Assist with preparing resident/commercial tenants’ correspondence
Prepare communications such as office memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Interface with Superintendents to ensure tenant inquiries/issues are resolved
Utilize Excel to track and analyze utility use across buildings and commercial tenant’s consumption
Oversee commercial tenant insurance compliance
Order appliances and maintenance on appliances
Copy, file, and scan as needed
Answer phones in a professional manner and greet visitors
