Job Overview:

The Asset Management Jr. Associate is responsible for managing, organizing and tracking the company's assets to ensure they are maintained, accounted for and secure. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in asset management and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining accurate records of all assets including location, value, and condition.
  
  • Conduct regular audits under supervision to verify the accuracy of asset records and update as necessary.
  • Support with the execution of asset management procedures such as transferring, disposing, and updating assets.
  • Work with relevant departments to ensure assets are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved.
  • Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders regarding asset-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding assets.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with asset management software and systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
