Manages the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Being an IT Asset Manager minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, IT Asset Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Asset Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an IT Asset Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The role
The Community Manager is accountable for their property’s operations. The purpose of the Community Manager is to effectively supervise, manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish each property’s objectives as set forth by the property owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels, income and property values; monitoring expenditures; and ensuring the properties are managed in accordance with industry standards. In addition, the Community Manager is responsible to see that each property follows and abides by all company polices.
