Our IT (Information Technology) Dept has an opening for an IT Manager who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. The IT Manager plays a key role in implementing and maintaining technology solutions that align with our objectives, enhance productivity, and ensure the security and integrity of our data. This position supervises two IT Specialists.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience and 3 years of experience and in-depth knowledge or experience in networking, security, cloud computing, and a record of success in leading teams and implementing technology solutions. A minimum of 1 year of experience with supervising direct reports is required. Preferred candidates will possess relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL) and have proven experience (5 years) in IT leadership roles, with a track record of success in leading teams and implementing technology solutions with at least 3 years of experience with direct reports. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this position.
