IT Asset Manager manages the operations of the IT asset and inventory management function. Manages the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Being an IT Asset Manager minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, IT Asset Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Asset Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an IT Asset Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Description:

    The most qualified candidate will have - Direct experience as a business analyst collaborating with IT professionals to develop technical specifications and requirements for custom applications.

    • Skilled in managing IT complex projects, leading teams, supporting stakeholders, and implementing IT infrastructure.
    • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, including investigative techniques, workows, use cases, and user stories.
    • Expertise in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, data visualization, and statistical analysis software.
    • Ability to collaborate with technical experts, end users, and other stakeholders to gather information about functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, and output requirements.
    • Ability to use analytical and investigative skills to accurately document business needs through requirements gathering.
    • Experience with requirements management tools such as Conuence or DevOps.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
    • Ability to create technical specifications, identify project roles, track resources, and budgets, and monitor project progress.
    • Strong communication skills for reporting, conict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing demands, and facilitate risk management.
    • Knowledge of system analysis techniques, business intelligence tools, Oracle databases, and SDLC.
    • Experience writing clear and concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Highly self-motivating with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.

    • Create and oversea a comprehensive workplan, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines and strategies as necessary to ensure efficient project execution.
