IT Asset Manager manages the operations of the IT asset and inventory management function. Manages the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Being an IT Asset Manager minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, IT Asset Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Asset Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an IT Asset Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position: Sales-Driven Store Manager

    Core Responsibilities:

    - Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into immediate storage rentals

    - Elevate the customer experience with engaging facility tours

    - Ensure the facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained

    -Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation

    - Strategically implement marketing plans following guidelines

    - Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions

    - Participate in tailored sales training and industry events

    - Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen

    - Execute operational procedures to elevate service quality

    - Proactively manage rent collections and fees

    - Maintain precise accounting records with transparency

     

    Sales and Customer Focus:

    As a SAM Sales-Driven Store Manager, you'll be more than a manager; you'll be a sales and customer service expert. You'll proactively recommend and execute marketing strategies based on competitor insights and seasonal trends. Additionally, you'll actively engage with the local community by attending local events, expanding your network, and generating valuable leads.

    Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you must have:

    - Strong verbal and written communication skills

    - A track record of success in sales and marketing is a plus

    - Proven experience in management, leasing, retail, or operations

    -Full availability, including weekends

    - A High School diploma/GED (college education is a plus)

    - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs.

    - A valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation

    Requirements:

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
