    Duties:

    • Collaborate with our content team to schedule and post new ads, posts, and listings across Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Implement copy-pasting of provided content efficiently, maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
    • Stay updated with Facebook's evolving features and algorithms to optimize our messaging strategies and improve audience reach.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on performance metrics and interaction trends.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong emphasis on Facebook Messenger and Facebook Marketplace.
    • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with our target audience.
    • Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn, capable of managing multiple social media platforms seamlessly.
    • A deep understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and best practices.
