IT Asset Manager jobs in Stamford, CT

• Interface with management, accounting, legal, and outside capital providers to communicate, coordinate, and resolve issues and respond to requests.
• Support management in formulating and performing periodic reviews of key compliance processes/controls to ensure that they remain robust and in line with industry best practices.
• Review credit agreements and summarize relevant terms related to financial reporting, covenant compliance, etc.
• Build and maintain required periodic covenant calculations, borrowing bases, and/or operating reports.
• Take ownership of all relevant compliance related requirements for designated facilities.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related.
• Experience working at an asset management firm and/or bank preferred.
• Advanced understanding of credit-specific reporting requirements.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proactive learner with ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic required.
• Experience in solar not required but viewed favorably.
