This role will include:
- Managing client relationships and performing client checkups to evaluate our team's success and collect feedback.
- Lead new client onboarding and setup to get clients off on the best foot possible.
- Write documentation for team members to follow to perform specific software tasks.
- Support in new client verification and qualifications.
- Assist clients in fully utilizing company systems and solutions.
- Coordinate with other all departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Meeting with clients to determine needs (most of the time technical) and aligning them with solutions we offer.
Job Requirements:
- High attention to detail and desire to make sure all activities are accurately fulfilled
- Proven experience interacting with small business clients.
- Knowledge of basic IT systems, terminologies and processes.
- Working knowledge of computer and technology equipment.
