IT Manager
The IT Manager will oversee the technical support and service operations and functions in the organization. In this role the candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for the computing environments and providing on-site and on-call support for production systems, installing and maintaining end user technology hardware and software; maintaining a Jira ticket queue; and developing operating instructions and support documentation.

Reporting Relationships:
· Maintains close working relationships with all IT support teams including 3rd party Help Desk, web development, security, and high-level management.
· Interfaces with departments and areas that Information Technology support
Qualifications:
· Must have a minimum of four years supporting Microsoft and other software technologies in a corporate (50 user) environment
· Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Excel, Active Directory, Sophos, LastPass Enterprise, Unifi, Windows Server, SQL or other related technologies
· Basic understanding of computer networking (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
· Experience with Honeywell scanners, Zebra label printers, and enterprise grade copiers is preferred
· Experience with Jira Service Desk and Confluence
· Excellent verbal and social skills to effectively communicate with other staff and departments
· Must be able to handle more than one task/request at a time
· Ability to work under changing corporate landscape
· Experience with task and project management systems

Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Ability to run and terminate network cables which could require use of a ladder and/or lift
