Office Location: Nazareth, PA 18064

Work Location: 2 Days Remote / 3 Days In-Office; 3 Days Remote / 2 Days In-Office (weekly hybrid rotation)

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Total Compensation: $225,000 - $250,000 (includes base salary, bonus, and profit sharing)

Job Description

The Head of Information Technology will take charge of overseeing all facets of Information Technology, encompassing software applications, IT security, and Infrastructure.

Work closely with senior leaders to formulate and implement technology-driven IT and business processes.

Ensure that technology solutions align seamlessly with the overall business strategy and corresponding goals and initiatives.

Team Size: 10 (Systems Architect, Network Engineers, Business Analysts, and Software Engineers)

Qualifications

Successful Head of Information Technology applicants will meet the following requirements:

• Location: Must be local to the Nazareth, PA office with the ability to commute and work in-office (relocation will not be offered or considered).
• Work Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States without any work restrictions.
• Industry: Must have technical expertise in ERP software utilized in a manufacturing environment.
• Work History: Must have a proven track record of implementing technical solutions to solve business needs.
• Experience: Must have 10 years of experience overseeing all facets of Information Technology, encompassing software applications, IT security, and Infrastructure.
• Education: Must have a tech-related Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
