IT Capacity Planner jobs in Anaheim, CA

Introduction: We are an established IT consulting company specializing in Managed IT Service. We are looking for a bright and highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time or part time Help Desk Technician. Our office is located in the city of Walnut with clients in the Metro Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, and Inland Empire. This individual will be expected to interact with clients and provide phone and remote support upon completing training.

Responsibilities:

-Perform help desk support with clients via emails and telephone calls

-Working with Dell / Lenovo hardware including Desktop/Laptop, and PowerEdge Servers

-Setup and configure Server OS including MS Windows server and Linux server

-Setup and configure Citrix, Hyper-V and VMware environment

-Setup, configure and manage MS Azure and Office 365 environment

-Perform in house duty to check on client server operation and event logging

-Scripting and PowerShell experience a plus

Experience/Education:

-1 or more years of technical experience

-Bachelors degree in IT related major (or in final year)

-Fluent in English

-Bilingual in Chinese a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
