The IT Technician’s role is to ensure system operation and functionality so that end users can accomplish business tasks. The position requires experience, outstanding customer service and personal communication skills. The successful candidate communicates well with clients, solves their problems and follows up to ensure client satisfaction. The position offers the opportunity to grow your career, leverage cutting-edge tools and technology, work onsite and remotely while engaging with clients. There is always a new problem to solve and solutions to design and build. 
 
 

The IT Technician responds to support requests in a timely manner, supervises the servicing for all support tickets, and ensures the satisfaction of the end-user, among other technical duties. IT Technicians have good interpersonal skills, possess the ability to problem solve at a high level, have extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. The selected candidate will be results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player. A positive, service-oriented personality is a must.

Compensation: $23.00 - 27.00 per hour
