IT Capacity Planner evaluates the organization's data processing and storage needs and develops long-term plans to meet business requirements. Implements policies for network storage system troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance. Being an IT Capacity Planner documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact for network capacity related issues. Allocates storage space, plans for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and makes suggestions for appropriate storage or backup models. Additionally, IT Capacity Planner may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. To be an IT Capacity Planner typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Definition
This coordinator position works with the Employer Child Care Capacity Project Manager to project plan and implement the Employer Child Care Capacity Building project. This project aims to support employers in identifying the child care needs of their workforce and assisting employers in creating solutions to meet those needs. The position is also responsible for coordinating child care solutions with individual employers.

Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of
- Nevada's Early Childhood System.
- Child care needs of employers of various sizes and various child care options to meet those needs.
- The importance of child care for economic recovery, family support and child development.
- Business structure, strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Health disparities and inequitable access to services (including transportation and other barriers to care that may be encountered by working parents).
- Computer programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, data base programs, etc.
Ability to
- Communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally.
- Speak in a public setting and have clear and effective presentation skills.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate program implementation.
- Work with various community agency partners to improve access to services.
- Creative and analytical thinking and ability to problem-solve.
- Analyze data and make recommendations based on trends.
- Identify service gaps and propose improvement strategies.
- Work with adults of diverse backgrounds and beliefs and adapt service delivery accordingly.
