IT Capacity Planner evaluates the organization's data processing and storage needs and develops long-term plans to meet business requirements. Implements policies for network storage system troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance. Being an IT Capacity Planner documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact for network capacity related issues. Allocates storage space, plans for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and makes suggestions for appropriate storage or backup models. Additionally, IT Capacity Planner may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. To be an IT Capacity Planner typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We are a new and unique option for individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility level of care and wish to remain in their homes as they age. What does that mean? We care for the elderly daily both at our state-of-the-art day center on Garfield near Hammond during regular business hours and as needed in their home. Never heard of us before. That’s okay, we’re new to the region. We began serving the elderly in 2019 and our service model is so popular it’s growing quickly!

    What does a Transportation Dispatcher at PACE North do??You’ll be a key partner in the PACE North Transportation team responsible for configuring efficient routes and determining participant transportation schedules, primarily utilizing TripMaster software. You are also responsible for entering and updating all system data that drives route creation and scheduling needs. Your role also includes both coordinating closely with the scheduling team to ensure our participants get where they need to go, and planning arrival and departure times carefully at the PACE Center and external partner locations. You also communicate directly with participants and their caregivers, so you should be on top of both your customer service and communication games! Finally, you'll be able to provide PACE North participants with the most cheerful and professional service they've ever received!

    Requirements

    What qualifications should you bring to the table??We’re looking for that special person who loves serving others with a positive, customer service approach. You should have at least a High School diploma or equivalent, and we’d also like to see some comparable scheduling experience. We’re also looking for someone who loves logistical planning, is detailed, organized, and takes a pragmatic approach regardless of process or schedule changes. It’s also critical to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable navigating common technology, including Microsoft 365. Prior experience in trip planning, dispatching, or logistical software is helpful. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with an inspirational, motivational, and creative approach!
