IT Capacity Planner evaluates the organization's data processing and storage needs and develops long-term plans to meet business requirements. Implements policies for network storage system troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance. Being an IT Capacity Planner documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact for network capacity related issues. Allocates storage space, plans for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and makes suggestions for appropriate storage or backup models. Additionally, IT Capacity Planner may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. To be an IT Capacity Planner typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. -6 month contract / extendable and perm possible with good performance.

-Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
-Start Date = 1/2/24
-Hiring six
-Pay Rate = $22-25 w2 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
• Perform a range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.
• Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.
• Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
• Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met and evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.
The Ideal Candidate
• Able to follow instructions and procedures
• Proven experience in IT Desktop Service environment.
• Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
• Demonstrates an organized approach to work.
• Demonstrates customer service abilities
• Routine administrative skills
• Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Demonstrates awareness of health and safety at work.
