IT Capacity Planner, Sr. jobs in Madison, WI

Note: This is a mostly remote position with office visits as needed. This will typically be 1 day per week maximum. In-state, day travel in client-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible but limited. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to client s guidelines.

Job Description:

• Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance.
• Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, smart phones (iOS), VoIP, and PBX telecom systems.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected.
• Occasional long hours are possible, but limited.
• This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed.
• Applicants must reside within the Wisconsin State.

• Cisco infrastructure and endpoints
• Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD
• Telecommunication Company management
• Smart phone support
• AirWatch
• Apple Business Management
• Video conferencing account management.

Minimally qualified applicants must have:

• Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies
• Working knowledge of Networking concepts
• Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure.
• This position will have minimal travel but it may be necessary for some projects.
• No overnight travel expected.
