- Experience with Microix or similar finance tools
- Proficient in server management, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network support principles, including LAN/WAN infrastructure, TCP/IP protocols, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud computing platform.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, networking devices, and security protocols.
