Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong client relationships by providing day-to-day order management for clients shipping to major retailers and boutique/e-commerce consumers, utilizing EDI (electronic data interchange) systems.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews, offering ongoing support and empowering clients through training and documentation on self-service and best practices.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and exceptional communication skills.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet customer needs, coordinating with warehouse teams for seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor daily orders meticulously to ensure on-time service and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Update routing requirements and dedicated processes for each customer, ensuring accurate and efficient shipping practices.
• Manage inventory control and order fulfillment systems, reporting and resolving errors promptly.
• Research and provide transportation options and costs to clients, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Generate and deliver client-requested reports.
• Investigate potential chargebacks and credit requests, maintaining proactive communication with clients.
• Report customer returns, returns to vendors, and other related activities.
• Provide on-the-floor assistance as needed.
• Perform other administrative functions to support overall operations.

Experience
Required

• 3 - 6 years: Customer Service Experience, with 3PL and logistics background

Preferred

• Experience with Ulta, Target, Kohls, or other major retailers is a plus
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, with 1-2 years of experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Retail industry experience, specifically in beauty, apparel, or related consumer products, is a plus
• Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, able to navigate complex challenges and find effective solutions
• 3 - 6 years: Excellent verbal and written skills with a natural flair for customer service
• Attention to Detail, excellent time management, accuracy ane efficiency in daily operations
• 4 year(s): Bachelor's Degree Preferred
