This is a hands-on role that integrates demand from customers with the current backlog of work and available resources to produce demand gaps across geos and varying skills. This role provides vital business insights regarding short term and long-term forecasts including leadership in developing model assumptions, risks, and opportunities to meet financial and business objectives. Job Description: Data Analysis and Modeling: Proficiency in quantitative analysis to assess historical data, trends, and patterns. Ability to build and refine statistical models to predict future demand and resource requirements. Skill in presenting complex data in a visually understandable format for stakeholders via demand planning calls with all geos.
