Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems
-Have a clear understanding of networking infrastructure appliances and concepts such as Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, IP Addresses, VLANS, DHCP & DNS
-Capable of handling Onboarding and Offboarding processes including things such as Active Directory Setup, Email Set up, Computer Setup, Shared File Permissions, Printer Setup, Docking Station/ Monitor Setup, Desk Phone Setup, Orientation
-Support Conference Room equipment
-Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
-Create and manage tickets, including documenting solutions and following up on open items
-Assist with creation of IT policies and procedures
Qualifications:
-Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience with Industry Certificates
-Help Desk Experience
-Windows Server Administration in the areas of Active Directory, File Server, etc.
-Networking Administration experience in firewalls and switches, etc.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical end users
-Strong knowledge of systems engineering, project management, remote access software
