Job Summary:
The role of the IT Manager will be to assist the IT team with the business needs of Aero Instrument's & Avionics. This includes day-to-day IT support, software programming, and strategic business projects. The IT Manager will work closely with all employees and will require a demonstration of strong competency and exemplary trustworthiness. The incumbent will coordinate with other members of the company including the leadership team such as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Department Directors. This position will also interact with outside vendors on an occasional basis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain functionality and user support of our ERP system and software. This requires working closely with IT team members, internal / remote employees, and external suppliers. Create, present, and maintain Business Intelligence KPI dashboards. Work cohesively within the IT team. Ensure all daily tasks are communicated and captured in the appropriate medium. Support other team members in software and hardware related issues. Manage relationships and provide a positive primary point of contact with external software vendors. On-call after business hours as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analysis, information systems or equivalent. Minimum of three years' experience in key functions listed, active participation in IT support, software development, software implementation, and business data analytics. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook). Familiarity with ERP systems. Advanced PC software skills, particularly advanced Office 365, DAX, and SQL. Basic Networking and Window Server Skills. Familiarity with RDBMS.
