Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Our employee-owned and integrated team of multi-disciplined professionals is seeking a contracts professional who has five to ten years of experience administering professional services agreements and procurement systems.
As a member of our team, you will work alongside the Chief Legal Officer and other experienced Contracts Specialists in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with architecture, engineering, and planning professionals in locations throughout the country to identify and mitigate risks and maximize opportunities during the proposal and contract negotiation process.
You will primarily be responsible for executing TKDA’s contract administration process, including preparing and reviewing proposals, contracts, and other legal documents; assisting with contract negotiations; researching applicable jurisdictional laws and requirements; reviewing insurance and compliance documentation; managing a contract database; and communicating directly with internal and external stakeholders.
Hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office / 2 days remote per week) will be considered for self-starter and self-sufficient professionals who demonstrate an ability to work, learn, communicate, and collaborate successfully in a hybrid work environment.
Note: For this opportunity, we are considering qualified candidates that reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of our offices in Saint Paul (MN), Duluth (MN), or Downers Grove (IL).
