IT Contracts Manager creates, writes, negotiates and reviews hardware or software licensing contracts. Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Summary:
The Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate delivers Company products to assigned stops in a safe, courteous and efficient manner. When a delivery route is not available, the Driver/Warehouse Associate will select product and build pallets to be loaded onto the delivery trucks. The selected candidate must be available to work on 2nd and 3rd shifts as well when coverage is needed!

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write the English language. Ability to communicate verbally in English.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add/subtract/multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute, ratio, rate, and percent.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, the Delivery Driver must be able to learn and use assigned company hardware and/or software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Delivery Driver must possess a valid NYS Class A or B CDL allowing the Delivery Driver to operate an assigned motor vehicle. All applicable OSHA training certifications.
