IT Contracts Manager creates, writes, negotiates and reviews hardware or software licensing contracts. Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    LITTER REMOVAL

    • Pick up litter along designated roadways.
    • Bag all picked up litter.
    • Load and unload trash bags into truck or trailer.
    • Load, unload, set up, and move highway awareness signs

    LANDSCAPING DUTIES

    • Mow around trees, shrubs, and picnic pads
    • Rake and bag grass clippings
    • Trim curbs and areas around trees with gas-powered trimmer
    • Prune shrubs and trees
    • Report and make necessary repairs
    • Inspect vehicles, trailers, and mowing equipment for safe operation
    • Perform before, during, and after operation maintenance

    GENERAL RESPONSIBLITIES
