Job Summary: 

The IT Manager assists in technological operations amongst all departments at Octopi and Untitled Art. They are responsible for leading projects involving installation of software, monitoring security, and performing regular updates. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Installation of network cabling, servers, workstations, desktop operating systems and connecting, monitoring, and maintaining performance of these systems
• Assist staff with technical support and provide training 
• Configuration of wireless access points, routers, and switches and troubleshooting when necessary
• Monitor supply and equipment levels and order when necessary 
• Supervise team of IT Technicians 
• Work occasional off-hour (night or weekend) work for upgrades or maintenance tasks
• Adhere to all PPE and GMP 
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment  
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
• 5 years of IT or IT related field experience preferred
• Experience with network equipment and cabling, laptop and server hardware, QuickBooks, Programmable Logic Controller knowledge a plus
