Qualifications
- 6-8 years of work experience in the administration of U.S. Federal Agency and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and subcontracts utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) and other agency or defense client specific/internal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in related business field or a total of 8 years of related work experience in government contracts is required.
- 5 years of experience managing U.S. Federal Agency and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and subcontracts.
- Experience with Time & Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost-Plus type of Government Contracts including Delivery based, Milestone based, and recurring services FFP contracts.
- Demonstrated experience with DBA and SCA compliance and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team player and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English language and exceptional verbal communication and writing skills are required.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
- Ability to travel as required and up to 25%.

Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.
To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
