    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Manager to join our accounting team. This pivotal role involves managing contracts and ensuring document compliance, playing an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our accounting, legal, and sales teams, and will be responsible for supporting and ensuring that client contracts meet obligations and financial objectives. Reporting to Billing Supervisor and Controller, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze contracts, vendor agreements and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
    • Manage a high volume of contracts, processing approximately 20-30 contracts per day.
    • Work with the booking team and sales team to gather information regarding the customer’s proposal and pricing, organizing contracts to ensure the appropriate documentation is ready for review by our legal team.
    • Serve as a liaison between our legal team and customer, ensuring reconciliation of contracts between both parties.
    • Manage and oversee the contracts administrative team.
    • Maintain accurate and organized legal documents, contracts, and correspondence to ensure a seamless workflow, transparency and compliance.
    • Collaborate with various departments such as legal, sales, and booking to ensure alignment between contract terms and financial objectives.
    • Work closely with our legal counsel to develop and enhance contract management processes.
    • Report metrics to the Controller to improve business operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (3-5 years) in contract or documentation management.
    • Previous experience with services contracts/agreements in industries such as construction, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and alarm systems.
    • At least 1 year of previous leadership or management experience.
    • Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts.
    • Strong attention to detail to identify potential risks and ensure contractual accuracy.
    • Demonstrates resilience in navigating challenging or changing circumstances.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate efficiently with our legal team, sales team, bookings team and more.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, a high-sense of professionalism and strong customer service skills.
    • Must be able to pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening.
