Job Details
-

Bachelors Degree- Accounting or Finance
MBA or CPA preferred
5 plus years of manufacturing experience
Cost accounting experience a MUST
ERP systems experience a MUST
SAP experience preferred
Inventory Control

Analyze manufacturing costs for optimization, including review of labor and overhead costs, account code distribution, and variance analyses.
Evaluate and/or develop key performance indicators to optimize manufacturing processes.
Assist in managing capital assets and investment decisions.
Perform ROI and make/buy/lease analyses as needed.
Ad hoc reporting as needed
Month-end and year-end financial reports.
Preparing and maintaining annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Manage insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
Analyzing and capitalizing investments using NPV/IRR models. Booking deprecation for CAPEX projects according to GAAP principles.
Preparing annual sales & use tax reports, as well as other reports required by regulatory agencies.
Verify accuracy and timely management of quarter and year-end payroll closing including federal and state reports.

Other duties as determined by skill level and corporate need.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Ability to learn and utilize custom software relevant to Production and Manufacture.
• Experience with Office Technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Office. Intermediate to Advanced competencies in Excel, including Lookup's, Pivot tables, etc.
• Ability to travel as needed. Some international travel may be required.
