Things to look forward to at Y Marina
Duties snapshot (include, but not limited to)
· Managing dealership accounts payable.
· Managing dealership accounts receivable.
· Managing all bank accounts as agreed with the General Manager.
· Payroll completion and reporting (monthly).
· Preparation and distribution of financial reports.
· Assist with the implementation and execution of budgeting and forecasting.
· Maintaining the company’s HR files and accounts (insurance, 401K, etc.)
· Sales deal finalizations and financial recording of each sales deal.
· Assist with admin duties (cashiering customers, title work, warranty registrations, etc.)
· Participation in leadership team meetings and responsibilities.
Qualifications
· College degree in finance or accounting.
· Experience with managing accounting and financial operations.
· Experience working with and/or creating financial statements.
· Knowledge of finance and accounting best practices, relevant laws, and regulations.
· Strong numerical proficiency, organization, problem solving skills and logic.
· Strong technical background and ability to learn and adapt to company software.
· Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
· History of punctuality, high integrity, quality work, and attention to detail.
