Overview:
This position will be responsible for tracking the company’s financial performance against budget and goals, analyzing financial data and developing profit-focused action plans. Must be able to work collaboratively with others in the organization to provide detailed reports to aid senior management in making tactical and strategic decisions.
Duties:
- Maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage general ledger and oversee all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
