Controller - YORK, PA - Hybrid 3x a week in-office

• Our client is a privately held manufacturing company with over 50 years in the business located in York, Pennsylvania for this in-office role.
• This is an exciting position where you will have a lot of say in long-term decisions for the company working closely in partnership with the President. This includes choosing a new accounting ERP to implement.

• This is a position where you are not micromanaged, but encouraged to take ownership of your job.
• Salary for this position is $130K - $150K.

Overview of the Controller role:

• Manage the Financial Risk and Profitability of the Corporation.
• Set appropriate fiscal goals for the organization.
• Primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
• Direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job-costing, private and institutional financing.

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
• A minimum of 7 years accounting experience
• Experience with accounting ERPs and strong Excel
• Manufacturing experience would be a PLUS
• ERP implementation experience would be a plus
• Looking for a roll up your sleeves, hands on type of Controller
