Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure and systems. This is a critical role that ensures the smooth operation of our technology resources and supports the needs of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with our third party IT Servicer to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
- Maintains IT service provider relationships such as Spectrum, RingCentral, Xerox, etc.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
- Implement security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations
- Conduct regular system backups and perform data recovery when necessary
- Manage and maintain inventory of all church technology equipment and procurement
- Keep current on cutting edge technology trends introducing new ways of operating more efficiently
- Provide technical assistance to the Data Administrator for data integration as well as training for staff and volunteers

Education & Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of IT, preferably with network management and end-user support.
- Preferably college degree or certification (preferred IT related curriculum)
- Continually works toward learning new IT related skills to stay current with technology by attending trainings, conferences, etc.
