Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Position Overview: Responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance of ATM’s IT systems and infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    § Ensure backups have been run and that the restore feature is operational

    § Ensure disaster recovery systems are up and running and functional and disaster recovery plan is documented and up to date

    § Ensure server services are running and clean servers by checking for .tmp file and other file pollution

    § Manage backup storage

    § Monitor IT systems performance and capacity. Create plan/budget for expected future needs

    § Document full network and maintain documentation

    § Train new employees on how to use applicable systems

    § Update external website and intranet, and process website log reports

    § Research and evaluate new systems and software and make recommendations

    Qualifications:

    § Excellent communication skills to convey essential information clearly and concisely, both written and verbal

    § Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

    § Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

    § Must be self-directed and maintain professional attitude at all times

    § Minimum 1-3 years of previous employment with similar experience

    § Associates degree or higher preferred, must have High school diploma or equivalent

    § High use of office technology including but not limited to:

    o Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)

    o Carbonite

    o DCHP

    o DNS

    o AD

    o Switches

    o VLans

    o Group Policy

    o Windows Linux

    o Desktop and server machines

    Physical Requirements:

    § Repetitive motion – keyboarding and mouse usage for extended periods of time

    § Stationary work – requires remaining in a stationary position for 75% of the time

    § Must be able to move 40 lbs.
